When more than the horizontal location of a utility is required, InfraMap uses visual verification to obtain the depth and other information on the system.
To obtain visual verification, InfraMap uses its own patented technique to expose the utility. InfraMap developed and builds its own non-destructive vacuum system called Utilivac®. The Utilivac® uses compressed air to gently expose the utility, making the smallest hole possible. This leap in technology is less expensive and more portable than competitive techniques, enabling InfraMap to pass the savings on to our clients.
